Kuban State University took part in the qualifying events for candidates planning to enter Russian universities for master's and postgraduate’s fellowship programs in 2021. On April 2-4, 2021, the representatives of Rossotrudnichestvo in Uzbekistan held motivational interviews with potential candidates.
On April 10, 2021 a video conference was held between Kuban State University (KubSU) and the Nelson Mandela University of Translation and Translation Studies in Matera (Italian Republic). The event was held as a part of the development of the cooperation agreement between the two universities.
The Russian Language course programs are actively developed at Kuban State University. It has a successful long-term experience in promoting Russian and Russian Culture abroad. In January of this year, a new project on learning Russian for high school students of Ulan Bator has started.
On March 26, 2021, as a part of the events dedicated to the Cross-Year of the History of Russia-Greece, a round table "The role of Russia in the formation of Greek statehood" was held at Kuban State University under the auspices of the Consulate General of the Republic of Cyprus in Krasnodar and with the support of the Consulate General of the Hellenic Republic in Novorossiysk.
Cooperation between Kuban State University and the University of Innsbruck (Austria) continues despite the pandemic and closed borders. This week Kurt Scharr’s lectures, Professor of the Institute of Historical Sciences and European Ethnology at the University of Innsbruck, have been completed at KubSU.
As part of the action plan for the Year of History of Russia and Greece in 2021, on February 26, 2021, the Department of Modern Greek Philology held a viewing and discussion of a reconstruction picture at the junction of documentary and feature films at Kuban State University.
On February 11-13, 2021, on the Chinese traditional Spring Festival Eve, students of the Department of Oriental and African Studies (Faculty of History, Sociology and International Relations) organized several thematic classes.
