KubSU and Belarusian universities: joint projects and scientific activities
The Day of Unity of the Peoples of Belarus and Russia is celebrated annually on April 2. This day in 1996 the presidents of the two countries signed an agreement on the formation of the Community of Russia and Belarus, and exactly a year later an agreement on the Union of these states was concluded. Cooperation in the field of education is the basis for strengthening socio-economic and spiritual ties between the two peoples.
Kuban State University has been linked by friendly and partnership relations with various educational organizations of Belarus for many years. The activity is aimed at conducting joint research, among them within the framework of grant projects, as well as organizing internships and international conferences. For example, the Department of Defectology and Special Psychology of the Faculty of Pedagogy, Psychology and Communication Studies of KubSU actively cooperates with Maxim Tank Belarusian State Pedagogical University and Brest regional center of correctional and developing education and rehabilitation.
Students of Kuban State University were the winners of the IV International Student Competition on mediation and negotiations "Mediation of the Future", which was held on the basis of the Center for Mediation and Negotiations in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus (Minsk). They participated in the annual International Student Branding Olympiad in partnership with State Institute of Management and Social Technologies at Belarusian State University (Minsk) and received diplomas of winners and certificates of participants. Kuban University volunteers participated in 2 European Games in 15 sports in Minsk.
Graduate students of the Belarusian-Russian University (Mogilev) participated in a research internship at KubSU in the field of physical sciences. There was also an exchange of students within the framework of the international program "Training teachers and educational managers to work with heterogeneous groups and organizations" between Kuban State University and I. P. Shamyakin Mozyr State Pedagogical University.
To date, KubSU has two indefinite contracts with I. P. Shamyakin Mozyr State Pedagogical University and P.M. Masherov Vitebsk State University.
